This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 4,335 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 3,770 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 10 parking spaces using Full and Open Competition practices for a lease for the U.S. Probation in Lisle, IL.



With a commencement date of 03/01/2023 through 02/28/2038, the U.S. Government shall pay the lessor annual rent of $96,237.00 for a fully serviced lease. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $56,355.00 annually and an operating rent of $39,882.00 annually. The lease terms are set at 180 months/ 120 months firm. GSA may terminate this lease after February 28, 2033 with 90 days notice to the lessor.
