Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI Pekin) is making a sole source award to Capitol Group Inc. to fulfill an immediate need to replace (2) Lochinvar brand name heat exchangers at FCI Pekin. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-3(b)(3) - only one source was solicited due to the urgency of the need, and the acquistion does not exceed the simplified acquistion threshold.
