Contiguous above-ground space on one floor is required.
Due to the nature of the Agency’s mission and in order to avoid a conflict, the proposed space must have reasonable separation from neighboring tenants whose industry is regulated by the Agency. This includes, but is not limited to, foods, drugs, biologics, medical devices, electronic products that give off radiation, cosmetics, veterinary products and tobacco products. Interested parties shall submit a list of neighboring tenants on the floor where space is being offered for the Agency so the Government can evaluate if a potential conflict exists prior to the market survey. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced
lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications
prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense
Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition
