FRA SEEKS PROPOSALS FOR THE FOLLOWING:





1.00 ITEM : 24-085-23-901-B - 48 Volt Battery for Clark BATTERY 38 1/4 X 35 3/4 X 22 5/8 N/C (OR EQUIVALENT)



1.00 ITEM : SPWS - Single Point Watering System (OR EQUIVALENT)



1.00 ITEM : Smart Blinky - Low Water Level Indicator Light (OR EQUIVALENT)



Your written response to this solicitation must be in accordance with the following additional requirements:

SARC Subcontractor Annual Reps & Certs (Rev. 3), PUR-466 Proposal Certifications (Rev. 1)



The following terms and conditions shall become a part of any subsequent purchase order/subcontract resulting from this solicitation:



FRA General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (06.2022)



Documents to be returned with proposal submittal:



1. Quote; including lead time



2. SARC - Subcontractor Annual Reps and Certs (Rev. 3) – all applicable sections completed and form signed.



3.PUR-466 (Rev 1.) – Proposal Certification – all applicable sections completed and form signed.



4. A separate document with any exceptions to FRA LLC General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (06.2022). Exceptions to FRA Terms and Conditions shall be presented with RFP submittal.



5. Applicable NAICS Code added on the quote or via email with submission.
