Description

Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for Colorimeters in support of Rock Island Arsenal – Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). This solicitation and coRresponding award is in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commecial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set Aside under NAICS 334516 – Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing.





The Government intends to award one firm fixed price contract to the offeror with the lowet price, most responsible and responsive quote as found in FAR 9.104.
