Description

FRA SEEKS PROPOSALS FOR THE FOLLOWING:



MFR: Moglabs or Equivalent



(1) CEF - CEL Cateye laser, eXtended chassis with FC/APC fibre output port, Replaces CEL option. Includes mirrors, long chassis, zero-order half-waveplate and SuK fibre coupler (i.e. CEF = CEL + X-CHASSIS + SK-OUT). - OR EQUIVALENT

(1) 1550LD150-A - Laser diode, 1550nm (1530-1620nm available) 150mW, uncoated - OR EQUIVALENT

(1) DLC502 - DLC External cavity diode laser controller, 500mA - OR EQUIVALENT

(1) MFD1550-4 1550nm Faraday isolator double stage 4mm - OR EQUIVALENT



The following terms and conditions shall become a part of any subsequent purchase order/subcontract resulting from this solicitation:

2. SARC - Subcontractor Annual Reps and Certs (Rev. 3) – all applicable sections completed and form signed.



3.PUR-466 (Rev 1.) – Proposal Certification – all applicable sections completed and form signed.



4. A separate document including any/all exceptions to FRA LLC General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (06.2022). Exceptions to FRA Terms and Conditions shall be presented with RFP submittal.



5. Finally we ask that you confirm the applicable NAICS code.
