Description

This is a Sole Source acquistion with Illinois State Museum Society.





To engage the services of a federally compliant facility to house the archaeological collections from U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) Districts’ project lands or activities. Curation is performed in accordance with numerous federal statues and laws and includes annual storage of the archaeological artifacts, annual status reports, monitoring and maintaining the facility environment, maintaining qualified facility personnel, providing access to approved individuals, restricting access to collections as necessary, prohibiting the sale of artifacts and associated documentation, and ensuring loan provisions.
